Questions
About buying Premium
Is it the same Premium as in the app?
Yes. Premium belongs to your Explorer account wherever you buy it, so it works in the app on every iPhone you sign in on.
Why is it cheaper here?
In the app, Apple keeps a bigger share of each sale than our reseller does here, so we pass part of the difference on to you.
How do I cancel?
If you bought it here, choose Manage Billing on your account page. If you bought it in the app, open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Either way, Premium lasts until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get my money back?
For 6 Months, Yearly or Premium for Life bought here, ask within 7 days of paying, no questions asked. Monthly isn't refunded if you change your mind, but you can cancel it at any time. See the Refund Policy. Apple handles refunds for Premium bought in the app.
What does Premium for Life mean?
One payment for Premium on your Explorer account, for as long as Explorer offers Premium, with no renewals.
What is the Trip Pass?
One payment for Premium on your Explorer account for a set number of days, with no renewal. Passes stack: another one adds its days after the first. It can't be bought while a subscription is active, or with Premium for Life. If you start a subscription while a pass runs, the pass's days left are kept for after it.
How free Premium days work
Free Premium days, from inviting friends or from Explorer's creator programme, are kept and used only when no paid Premium is running. A paid plan, bought in the App Store or here, runs as usual, and your free days continue after it. Refunds don't add free days. Free days have no cash value.
